Projects we’ve managed in partnership with school districts, builders and designers
For nearly 30 years, CSG has provided services to approximately 142 school districts throughout the Pacific Northwest and has managed more than $3 billion in public capital investments for K-12.
CSG removed the stress from our school improvement process. They were a huge support. Our budget was tight from the beginning, and they made sure everything was laser focused.
We are very happy with the results and are already working with them again on a new project.

What Clients Are Saying
When we were pursuing a modernization grant for our school, we reached out to the Construction Services Group at ESD112 for assistance. We are fortunate to have them as part of our grant program management efforts. CSG demonstrates a high level of expertise with planning and design, through adept construction project management and strategic FFE selection and purchase strategies. CSG’s team guided our project to success during a period of pandemic driven shortages and delays. CSG’s team navigated every issue with foresight and determination. The efforts of the CSG commissioning team have ensured that the new equipment we installed is operating as it should long after the work is completed. I would strongly recommend CSG’s team to any school district considering capital improvements at any level.
The Pullman School District has worked with CSG on five projects over the past 15 years. Lincoln Middle School remodel, classroom additions at Franklin and Jefferson elementary schools, modernization of Pullman high School and the construction of Kamiak Elementary School. For all five projects, the project management provide by CSG helped to keep the projects on time and on budget.
The insight, guidance and budget management provided by the CSG team was invaluable to the completion of the projects. I would recommend CSG highly to any district considering a major construction project.

Peryll and her team are highly responsive to our district needs and keeping us within FF&E budget.
