Over the past 24 years, CSG has provided services to approximately 200 school districts throughout the state of Washington and has managed more than $3 billion in public capital investments for K-12.
CSG services are provided in response to a school district’s competitive solicitation or pursuant to an interlocal agreement, whichever the school district elects to use to contract for personal services pursuant to the Interlocal Cooperation Act, RCW.39.34.
The CSG and ESD 112 White Paper provides a framework for developing a more secure K-12 built environment by providing recommendations on how a school district can put together a district-wide facilities safety and security plan.
In 2016 the Washington State Legislature passed ESHB 2380 directing the Office of the Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI) to conduct a cost study identifying and analyzing the major sources of potential variations contributing to capital project cost differences, if any, across the state by building type: elementary school, middle school, high school, and skill centers.

Education construction projects are unique with very specific needs. CSG understands our time constraints, student and staff necessities and how to maximize partnerships and funding. They delivered all of our projects on time and under budget with excellent results.
The Pullman School District has worked with CSG on five projects over the past 15 years. Lincoln Middle School remodel, classroom additions at Franklin and Jefferson elementary schools, modernization of Pullman high School and the construction of Kamiak Elementary School. For all five projects, the project management provide by CSG helped to keep the projects on time and on budget. The insight, guidance and budget management provided by the CSG team was invaluable to the completion of the projects. I would recommend CSG highly to any district considering a major construction project. The investment will save the district time and money.
